Trofa promotes guided walk along the Camino de Santiago

On Sunday, October 11, the Municipality of Trofa will organize a guided walk along the Camino de Santiago, covering about 7.5 kilometers in around four hours. The activity aims to promote local history and heritage.

The walk will start at 8:30 am next to the Chapel of São Gonçalo in Covelas and finish at around 12:30 pm at Lagoncinha Bridge in Lousado. Along the way, participants will hear about the history and heritage of the Camino in the municipality of Trofa.

Registration is free and open until October 6 by email at patrimoniocultural@mun-trofa.pt or by phone at 252 409 290, although spaces are limited. Return transportation is provided by the Trofa City Council.
