“Pilgrim’s Tea” returns to Viana do Castelo
Viana do Castelo will host, on February 25, another edition of “Chá do Peregrino” (Pilgrim’s Tea), an initiative aimed at those who have already completed or are preparing to undertake the Camino de Santiago. The event is organised by the AACS (local Association) and the Albergue de Peregrinos de Caminha, with the support of the City Council and the venue, Casa dos Nichos.
The initiative, under the theme “Peregrinos de muitos Caminhos” (Pilgrims of many Caminos), proposes a moment of pause and conversation among pilgrims, where personal experiences and motivations are shared in an informal setting. Guest participants Daniel Sales, Patrícia Labandeiro and Marcos Moreira will take part in the session to facilitate the meeting and promote conversation.
The event begins at 9:15 pm and takes place at Casa dos Nichos, at Rua de Viana 98, in the historic centre of the city. It is a museum space dedicated to the archaeological heritage of the municipality of Viana do Castelo, wich regularly hosts educational and cultural initiatives.
