I pack mine loosely at the bottom of the backpack, with other items on top.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RAINCOAT<\/strong><br \/>Mine also covers the backpack.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXTRA SHOES<\/strong><br \/>Rubber sandals are lightweight, great for showers, and offer foot relief after walking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WINDBREAKER<\/strong><br \/>Thin for summer, heavier for winter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FLEECE TOP<\/strong><br \/>Lightweight and warm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TROUSERS<\/strong><br \/>One pair for walking, another for the arrival. Mind the weight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TIPS AND TRICKS<br \/><\/strong>\u2022 To care for my feet, I use &#8220;Vick Vaporub&#8221; before starting to walk.<br \/>\u2022 Upon arrival, after a shower, I apply &#8220;Lauroderme paste&#8221; and put on some comfortable socks. These can be cotton.
